Sun Tran is inviting riders and community members to participate in its Passenger Safety and Security Survey starting now until Monday, September 22, 2025. The brief, confidential survey is designed to gather valuable feedback on how safe and secure passengers feel while riding and waiting at bus stops.

Your input will help Sun Tran:

  • Better understand how safe and secure passengers feel
  • Identify opportunities for improvements
  • Strengthen safety measures and security practices

Riders can participate in one of two ways:

  • Online: Complete the survey HERE
  • On board: Paper surveys will be available on all Sun Tran buses. Passengers can fill out the survey during their trip and return it directly to their operator.

For assistance with completing the survey, passengers can call Customer Service at (520) 792-9222 (TDD 520-628-1565). Translation assistance is available; just let a Customer Service Representative know the language you need.

The survey will remain open until September 22, 2025.
