Sun Van Comprehensive Operational Analysis (COA)Draft Recommendations and survey

In partnership with TMD, RATP Dev has conducted a comprehensive review of Sun Van’s current service, policies, and procedures to perform a detailed performance evaluation. The goal of this effort is to identify opportunities to enhance accessibility, efficiency, and overall service quality for our riders.

The 2024 Sun Van COA was designed to explore ways to improve paratransit service through data analysis, community outreach, and survey feedback. We are now sharing the valuable insights gained from this process, along with the draft recommendations that will help shape the future of Sun Van.
