Qualifications
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age, have a good driving record and the ability to learn to safely operate a forty-foot transit bus. Should have basic reading, writing and math skills and follow written and oral instructions. Must have the ability to communicate verbally and in writing; establish and maintain courteous, friendly and effective relations with passengers, the public and fellow employees. Will need to have an Arizona’s driver license at time of employment.
Maintenance Supervisor

Major Functions
Coordinates and supervises the activities of a vehicle maintenance shop. Manages work assignments, supervises mechanics and other shop employees. Work requires knowledge of a specific vocational, administrative or technical nature.
Payroll Manager

Major Functions
• Supervise and execute the end-to-end payroll process for 800+ employees accurately and incompliance with legal and company policies.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll checks, including regular and special compensation, and other incentives.
• Oversee the collection and verification of timecards, ensuring accurate recording of hours worked and adherence to company policies.
• Manage vacation accruals, sellbacks, and floater days, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
• Manage the processing of final pay and retirement payouts for employees leaving the organization.
• Handle various deductions such as union dues, garnishments, and other payroll-related deductions.
• Provide leadership and guidance to payroll technicians, ensuring their adherence to best practices and company policies.
• Stay current on federal, state, and local payroll regulations, ensuring company payroll processes remain in compliance.
• Work with legal and finance teams to address any payroll-related compliance issues.
Parts Clerk

Major Functions
Issue parts and tools and provide information to supervisors and mechanics. Utilize computer-based inventory management system. Type order price, description, etc., information into a computer terminal. Ship and receive parts and tools, routes and files paperwork. Other duties as assigned.
Accounting Manager

Major Functions
• Supervise accounting staff: review work, provide training, maintain checks and balances, conduct evaluations
• Manage financial systems: prepare journal entries, balance accounts, assist with budget reporting and maintain schedules
• Prepare and distribute monthly operational and financial reports
• Analyze problem accounts and expenditures, researching issues and presenting solutions
• Support special projects including year-end reports, budget analysis, and intergovernmental agreement billing
Mechanic

Major Functions
Performs major or minor repairs to motor coaches, inspections, adjustments and replacement of units under the supervision of a shop foreman or mechanics of a higher classification.

Qualifications
Must have a good work and driving record and have a current AZ driver license. Must be able to perform all work related to servicing, fueling, and cleaning buses.
