Route 62

Route 62 begins at the Tohono Transit Center, where riders can also access destinations like Tucson Mall and Funtasticks Family Fun Park. From there, you’ll travel to the Tucson Auto Mall with the Tohono Chul Gardens, a peaceful desert setting. It also serves key educational and community destinations including Pima Community College Northwest and the Nanini Public Library. The route ends at Thornydale Plaza, a busy shopping center with dining and retail.

Tohono Chul Gardens

Tohono Chul Gardens is a beautiful 49-acre botanical garden and nature preserve on the northwest side of Tucson where desert landscapes, art, and culture come together. Its trails lead you through themed gardens filled with native plants, cacti, hummingbirds, and other desert wildlife, offering a chance to learn about the Sonoran Desert. The site also features art galleries, and gift shops.
