Sun Tran is dedicated to providing access to convenient and affordable transportation for everyone in the community – including those with disabilities. All buses offer accessibility features for riders that request the service and Sun Tran offers reduced fares to disabled riders. Sun Tran will accept the SunGO ID & Card to pay the economy fare.

For eligibility information contact the ADA Eligibility office at (520) 791-5409. For information on obtaining the SunGO ID & Card, contact the Special Services Office at (520) 791-4100. There is a $2 processing fee to complete the application process and be issued a SunGO ID & Card, which is valid for four years.

What You Should Bring
To obtain a SunGO ID & Card, please bring the following items to the Special Services Office:
- Completed Application
- Driver's license, State ID, Passport, tribal ID or other valid photo ID.
- Proof of disability (Medicare Card, Social Security Disability Insurance award letter, DES Vocational Rehabilitation referral and letter, or view the application for additional document options).
- $2 processing fee.
Cash value and passes can be loaded on the SunGO ID & Card at the Special Services Office.
