Get On Board
Tool Kit

The toolkit includes color and black and white versions of a ready-to-use paycheck stuffer, a newsletter announcement, and a flyer. Choose the method you like to use to communicate with your employees, or try all three. Note that the message on each format will change periodically.

To use these messages:

• Create a folder on your computer and label it Get on Board Tools.
• Decide whether to use the color or black and white versions. Make this decision based on your printer and the color of paper you want to use.
• Double click the paycheck stuffer, newsletter announcement or flyer you want to use.
• Review the message.
• Print the file for use right away or save the document using Adobe® Acrobat® Reader to your Get on Board Tools folder for use at a later date.

The Toolkit is available for download in Adobe Acrobat PDF format. To view these document you must have the FREE
Adobe Acrobat Viewer software installed on your computer.

Paycheck Stuffers

The paycheck stuffers are designed three up, meaning there are three stuffers printed on one sheet of letter-size (8 1/2 x 11) paper. Print the number of sheets you need directly from this Web site or print one and make additional copies on your copier.

Newsletter announcements

Newsletter announcements are designed as 1-column x 3-inch ads for a standard, three-column company newsletter. You can place the announcement in an electronic file or print and add to a paste-up.

Flyers

Post one-page flyers wherever people congregate. Print the number you need, or print one and make copies on white or color stock, depending on your printer.
